I can sort of relate the daunting feeling of being a team leader, its not as easy as it seems! Indeed, the pressure can be quite haunting, not to mention that the ultimate responsibility is yours. Even more when the the basis for everything stems from your hands too (the writing). But, so far, its been a pleasure working with you and, as far as I can tell, you've done everything right.
